Desired goals and results:
Liaison between vendors, suppliers, and marketing partners:
- Upload pictures, gather testimonials, and collect five-star reviews independently and with marketing partners.
- Monitor the marketing partner dashboard daily.
- Handle equipment purchases and registrations.
- Submit client financing paperwork.
Customer service representative (CSR) duties:
- Input customer information accurately.
- Categorize calls as sales, repair, or maintenance.
- Offer and sell club memberships to eligible customers.
Using customer relation management software:
- Manage customer intake and dispatch.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making.
Assist in the daily operations of the business:
- Provide exceptional customer support.
- Send bank statements to the bookkeeper.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Assist in manual processes as needed.
Skills and proficiency:
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
